🛑 Roles and Responsibilities:
•Provide 24x7x365 L1 and L2 Production Support for Distributed applications.
• Work in day shift, night shift and regular timings ( Flexible) as per the support roster on rotation basis. Support and shift duty will be there can on weekends and public holidays also.
• Responsible for batch Analysis alert acknowledgement, incident resolution, change order creation and execution, service recovery, root cause analysis, project implementation support, OS and Middleware patching activities, Disaster Recovery Exercise.
• Coordinate with the L3, development and infrastructure teams during incident resolution. Recover the service within the SLAs.
⭕Skils and Requirements:
•Should have Production Support experience in Distributed technologies such as LINUX, Oracle DB, SQL, Windows, MQ, WAS, Java, Control-M, Postman.
• Should have experience in supporting operational large-scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of GCP data and analytics services in combination with 3rd parties – Compute Engine, Cloud DataProc, Cloud etc
• Should have experience with Open-source technologies and various important tools such as GitHub, Pyspark, Jenkins, Ansible.
•Should be familiar with AppDynamics, Splunk, DevOPS procedures, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Service Dashboard reporting.
