•Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Ability to apply knowledge of CC procedures and carry out tasks accordingly.

•Be a self-starter with attention to detail.

•Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.

•Log in hours (Total hours 9:00:00 hrs & Production hours 8:00:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.

•Documenting all the calls.
