•Experience:- (Desirable).
•0 -2 years of experience.
â•Job Profile & Responsibilities:–
1. Work On Backend panels of the team to ensure business continuity and Timely regular resolution to merchant and customer issues on time .
2. Develop the deep understanding of the product and its features in order to fast and best resolution to cinema issues.
3. Ensure the new cinemas are being onboarded accurately and on time.
4. Maintenance of the Movies and Event business backend panels.
5. Work along with Business Development team to get agreements and documents executed .
6. Creating Catalogues and Deals for Campaign execution.
7. Coordinating with KAMs/ Finance for Reconciliation and ensuring timely payouts to merchants
â• Job Skills and Requirements :
1.Any Bachelor’s Degree
2. Able to quickly learn and understand new tools and topics
3. Be a team player and have a strong work enthusiasm toward work
4. Prior Experience of working on MS Excel would be advantageous
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Analytical and problem solving abilities
7. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
