•Find Out and minimize credit and fraud risk whilst enabling spend at the same time
•Real time monitoring, transaction level credit and fraud risk assessments for requests received from our Cardmember or merchants
•Resolve customer queries within the assigned empowerment limit
•Continue to monitor current trends in Fraud landscape & suggest preventive & corrective measures
•Meet customer demands n transactional quality, compliance, RTF, regulations and productivity as per goals

•Graduates/Postgraduates
•Excellent communication Skills
•Minimum 1 year experience in contact center in relevant domain either in customer service or collections
•Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to details
•Ability to work in a fast-paced metrics driven environment with proficient multitasking abilities and navigation in a windows environment
•Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shifts
•Ability to work in a hybrid environment
