•Complete responsibility of a customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow through (if applicable)
•Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end to end process effectiveness, efficiency and quality
⭕Skills and Requirements:
•Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH & HINDI both
•zero MTI in English and Hindi
•Must be okay with rotational shift
